Serious Experts needed here.

i have a 1998 ford explorer eddie bauer Edition V8 AWD.
Now the question, I want to use the 2003 ford escape 16x7 inch 5 Spoke wheels that has an Offset of 45mm.

What size wheel spacer would i need to make that wheel with 255/70 R16 tire fit AND look some what Factory from Ford them selves. ? ? ? ?

I am not very knowledgable about offset, tire size and the explorer wheel size options, just know what I have and i am trying to make it work.

Just want to buy the "CORRECT" wheel spacers first time, I will not be doing any off roading, or mudding etc.

255/70/R16 was a factory option on a '98. Measure the current offset, add the suitable size spacer to make up the difference, or put them on and see if they rub. Keep in mind that at some point, I don't know what year, the center bore diameter of the wheels and hubs on some Fords was reduced so it might not even fit over the 2nd gen hub.

I'm no expert on this but my non-serious answer beats none.
Please post your vehicle year/model/engine/(n)WD in help topics.
