Help Drone at 75mph

There is a tsb for this problem, but I took the cheap way and had a local machine shop that has been making driveshaft for years. I had them balance and install 2 new Spicer u-joints in my original driveshaft road-tested today and a the vibration is still there not quite as noticeable but still there. So what do I do next suck it up and install a new driveshaft? Or is there something else I should be looking at. My thoughts are to remove the rear driveshaft and just run on the front to see if the drone noise is gone.
I have a 2004 Explorer with a 4.6 AWD
