sport trac increasing hp and gas mileage?

Buying a 2007 4.6 L. 4Wd,Explorer sport,trac , Want to increase horsepower,and increase gas mileage, CAN I ? HOW???

I'd like if mine was solar powered, and had a 5 minute pizza oven.

Even then I wouldn't post my email address for spam bots to harvest.

It's fairly pointless to talk about buying a brick on wheels, and trying to get more performance out of a more than adequate engine, AND wanting better fuel economy.

You won't get both and will never get much better fuel economy, providing everything is working correctly right now such as no sensor problems, reasonable spark plug state, clean air filter, enough air in tires, etc.

Put a turbo on it.
