Can you rephrase that in the form of a question?

If the bolt is stuck, try spraying some penetrant like PB Blaster on it and let it soak for a few hours. Sometimes heat from a torch or beating it with a hammer will break rusted threads loose.

This is not a How To / DIY Guide topic. This forum is for detailing how to do a particular repair or mod, a writeup of the process of a type of repair.

You might have better luck posting in the respective explorer generation forum for your vehicle and including the model year and engine details.

Thought he's trying to remove or replace that harmonic balancer. There are good Youtube videos you can watch for step by step guide.

VERY easy to do DO NOT BUY FORD TOOL. just go to hardware store get a crank shaft bolt that is 4" long and get 2 100 mm bolts that screw into balancer puller holes . install balancer puller just turn balancer bolt in as needed until it comes off. cost me $4.00 for bolts.
