2017 Explorer Sync 3 issue.

Hi All,

I have a 2017 Explorer for a few weeks now and I am having following issue with Sync 3 and Samsung Edge S7. I am mainly using it with Google Maps and it works for 10-15 min and then will throw the msg: "Sync can't connect to USB device." In order to fix that I'll have to disconnect phone and connect it back, which is quite annoying. Does anybody else experiencing something similar and is there any work around that?
