  1. 2nd Generation Explorers | 1995-2001
    Just replaced my entire steering column for my Ford Explorer 2002 XLT. Everything works fine except that only the high beams turn on and not the low beams. Is there a way to fix this without having to buy the entire turn signal lever? Please help. Thanks, Susan
