For sale is a 2001 Ford Explorer XLT (rare trim) in a great condition for the year. Clean title, clean Carfax, no accidents, 132,900 miles. Engine is a "bulletproof" Windsor 302 (5 liter) V8 -- runs strong, no lights, no issues (exhaust manifold gasket replaced 20k miles ago, newer battery, oil changes every 3k miles). Newer Gibson exhaust with a fantastic sound (think Mustang engine on the Explorer). It has an All Wheel Drive drivetrain that works perfectly, no issues; automatic 4-speed transmission (serviced about 20k miles ago, no issues). Front wheel bearings (hub assemblies) have been recently replaced with high-quality Timken parts (#450200). Newer performance braking pads. Original rims in great condition, tires are Mastercraft Courser AXT with plenty of life left (perform extremely well in the snow or rain). Interior has been meticulously maintained -- no holes, tears, rips, or smells; WeatherTech rubber floor mats in the front and in the rear, and also a WT liner in the trunk. Exterior is in great shape for the year, paint polished once a month. Absolutely no major rust issues, except for the very minor blemishes around gas hatch and passenger doorsteps. Has a tow hitch.

Asking price is $3,300, OBO. Located in Indiana (47906)
