I have an 02 ford explorer, the rear defrost and ac are not working, trying to see if maybe it's a fuse, don't have owners manual, don't know where the fuse is?

Google search 2002 Explorer Owner's Manual. The manual will give a diagram of positions. The fuse panels themselves are on the side of the console with door open or the power distribution box under hood.

Another possibility is a relay, should also be in the diagrams in the owner's manual.

I can't understand how you managed to meet such a person. I have been using this model for more than ten years and nothing like this has ever happened. most likely, you need to consult with a specialist and fix all the problems. I can advise you to contact https://www.socool.sg/aircon-chemical-wash/ This company can be very useful when it comes to problems in air conditioners and their spare parts. These devices are sometimes very capricious and this affects the finances of car owners, right?
