2010 Ford Explorer V6 4.0 Engine. Can start engine and idle, never generates cool air, it does push air, just warm. Drive on highway at 65 or 70 and control set for Max air, 15 minutes later it will start to cool off slowly.

Any ideas, replaced compressor assy, belt, drier, etc about 14 months ago and same problem. I have had ac mechanics check and they want to replace everything again, with no warranty and unemployed due to Covid, can't afford it.

Any tips? Thanks in advance for your time and consideration of this message.

Check refrigerant pressures. My guess is you have a leak. You have dumped most of your charge from when you did your parts blast. Likely you did not fix the leak you had then. Symptoms suggest your way low on refrigerant 1-2#'s I guess.
