So today I was getting pissed at my new sub because it was missing a bunch of frequencies and it only sounded good when turned up. My system in my room was sounding so much better and I really would like both to be pretty close except the car to have more bass since it has a 250w 10" and my room a 50w 8". Pretty sad when the 8's playing louder than the 10. So anyway, during my 1.5 hours home between classes I went out and adjusted the settings on the amp. I got the input level set, low-pass filter set, and bass boost set. I had the remote with me in the back so I didn't have to keep going up front to turn up the volume. In front of my sub it isn't really loud but when sitting up front it is amazingly loud. So I'm much more happy with the sound now and there are few less holes in the sound. It should even be better when I get my new HU.

So everyone who has a new amp and thinks it's not worth it to mess with the settings on it, you're wrong. It helps a lot.
