Hi. Recently I bought a 2018 XLT with 15k miles at a really good price. I've done some pretty extensive work to it to fit my tastes, but I noticed that unlike my 2007, all the brake and coolant lines going to the rear run just off center of the shaft on the bottom of the truck instead of along the frame rail. Now, I'm not an off roader, but we do take excursions up into the Adirondacks for camping and hiking trips, and some of the aggregate roads we take can be pretty gnarly. If you go faster than 10mph on them some of those rocks will come up and take a bite out of you. What I'm worried about is them taking a bite out of those lines that run from front to back. I've been looking around trying to find info on plates to cover and protect the delicate bits under the vehicle. Has anybody done anything like this before, and is willing to offer some recommendations?
